Imaginology at the OC Fair

Almost two weeks ago we went to Imaginology.  It was a wonderfully rainy day and the kids had so much fun.

We got to enter through the farm area and the animals are always a big hit when we go to the fair grounds. Little Miss has been obsessed with pigs lately and loved seeing all the piglets they had. The ones below were only 6 days old! Megatron kept running to look at all the baby chicks so I would say the chickens were his favorite.

They had a lot of picnic games like the egg on the spoon race and the sack race. Green Bubbles really liked these. He hadn’t done any of these games before. Little Miss tried to join in but she really was to young and after falling over almost right away in the sack race, she was happy just watching her big brother after that.

The best part of imaginology was the kids projects though. Green Bubbles made a minecraft themed mobile and Little Miss made a piggy mask. Everything is pigs… They both LOVED seeing their projects on display and looking for their friends projects.

There were also so many booths and hands on things for the kids to explore. We didn’t even get a chance to see everything and will make it a point to come back next year, with new projects!

  1. It was really an awesome day despite the rain! There is so much to see & do it’s impossible to do it all in one day! We never made it to the farm area! Loved seeing your kiddos work on display. Can’t wait for next year! 😊
